One day Lolli was just strolling by in the city and found this…

A light!

“Oh, wow!” Lolli exclaimed, and went inside cautiously.

After I touched a few of his things just to annoy him…

"Don't go touchin' that stuff without permission, punk!" Resetti fumes

… he gave me the Silver Shovel! *trumpet fanfare* But unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of that.

Resetti wasn’t too happy with me being here.

"Don't just stand there like a dirt clod, hurry up and get out of here!" Resetti screams.

“But…But…I wanna…” Lolli’s voice falters.

So, finally, Lolli came out, and, much to her amazement…

The cones are closed back again!

That’s all, folks! Sorry for the small post, but I don’t have any time. Because of my faithful viewers (nudge nudge, Thea ) , I decided to post for today.

P.S. I don’t have the silver shovel my sister went on her character and got the silver shovel, and then as you say, the cones were closed again, so when I went, I couldn’t go in!!!! Lol, congratulations on your Silver shovel! *Thea gives Lolli standing ovation and a hug*

Well hey there Robbin, and welcome to my blog! Go to the city at nighttime and, if you’re lucky, you’ll see the pylons moved back to reveal the Surveillance Center. Once you go in and talk to Resetti, he’ll give you the Silver Shovel.

Aww. Well, the pylons only seperate at a random time, not any set time, so you’ll just have to keep checking.
